Zhimin's 300T force standard machine utilizes hydraulic pressure to make the force reach 300 ton. The standard load cell is used to accurately measure how much force the hydraulic pressure reach. The standard load cell is from HBM, which is C5 class.
The force standard machine is only for compression calibration, but also tension. As long as users change different connectors, the machine can calibrate load cell automatically. The period that hydraulic pressure reach 300 ton from 0 is only 60 seconds. After the process of loading and unloading, the control system will finish the curve based on each data that we set in advanced. The users can check all load cell calibration parameters such as non-linerity, hystersis, creep, sensitivty.
